Return and Refunds
- InterconnectED L.L.C. does not offer returns or refunds except in cases where the product received is wrong or damaged.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@interconnecteducation.com. Please include clear photos and an unedited video showing the visible damage or the incorrect item. The video must be continuous and free of edits to validate your claim.
- You do not need to ship the product back to us. Upon verification, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement product, based on your preference.
- Please note: refund and replacement decisions are made at our sole discretion after reviewing the submitted evidence.
Which items cannot be refunded/replaced?
The following are circumstances under which we cannot accept returns or issue refunds:
- Late Request: Requests initiated more than 3 days after delivery cannot be accommodated.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: If the wrong shipping address is entered at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
- Free or Complimentary Products: Replacement requests for free or complimentary items are not accepted.
Processing Time
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
Repeated Refund Requests
InterconnectED L.L.C. reserves the right to review and limit refund or replacement requests if a customer exhibits a pattern of repeated claims. In such cases, we may:
- Charge a reasonable fee to cover delivery or handling costs associated with repeated refund or replacement requests; and/or
- Declare certain products or future orders ineligible for refunds or replacements at our discretion.
All refund and replacement claims are subject to verification. Approval will be granted only if the claim meets the eligibility conditions outlined in our policy.
Cancellations
Immediate Order Processing and Cancellation Limitations
At InterconnectED L.L.C., we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellation from Our End
