At InterconnectED L.L.C., we understand that receiving your order in a timely and secure manner is important. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for all purchases made through our websites: mybalancedyear.com and interconnecteducation.com.
1. Order Processing and Shipping
- Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping delivery is estimated at 11–12 business days after processing. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery status.
- Shipping Charges: Standard shipping is free on all orders. Expedited or priority shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors.
- Shipping Requirements: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and written in Latin characters. InterconnectED L.L.C. is not responsible for errors due to incorrect addresses.
- Shipping Availability: We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
Address Changes
If your order is still in the processing phase, contact us immediately at info@interconnecteducation.com to update your address. Once shipped, we are unable to modify the destination.
Missing or Late Orders
Before contacting us, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors.
- Ask your local post office if they are holding your package.
- Check with neighbors to see if the courier left the package nearby.
If the address was correct and your package still hasn’t arrived, reach out to info@interconnecteducation.com with your order number. If an incorrect address was entered, we can send a replacement order at your expense.
Please note:
- Any unclaimed package will be returned to us, and reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Provide a secure delivery address (home or workplace) to help prevent lost or stolen parcels.
How to Track Your Order

2. Disclaimer
- We reserve the right to exercise discretion in processing or shipping any order.
- We do not offer split shipping to multiple locations per order.
- All orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- We do not ship to incomplete or unidentifiable addresses.
- InterconnectED L.L.C. is not responsible for delays caused by natural events or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not liable for courier-related delays such as customs clearance or carrier disruptions.
